This Privacy Policy explains how the iOS app Daily Win handles information. Daily Win is designed as a habit and challenge tracker that helps users create challenges, record check-ins, follow streaks, use widgets and view progress statistics.

2. Information Processed in the App
Daily Win may process the following information when you use the app:
- challenge names and settings created by you,
- check-in dates, streaks, levels and progress values,
- selected challenge icons and app design settings,
- reminder settings, such as reminder time and whether reminders are enabled,
- local widget information needed to display your selected challenge in iOS widgets,
- subscription entitlement status provided by Apple for Daily Win Pro.
3. Local Storage
Your challenge data is stored locally on your device using Apple system storage. Widget-related data may be stored in a local App Group container so that the Daily Win widget can display your selected challenge. Daily Win currently does not transmit your challenge data to a Daily Win server.
4. No Account and No Own Server
Daily Win currently does not offer user accounts, login functionality or cloud synchronization through its own servers. If these features are added in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated before or at the time such processing begins.
5. Analytics Inside the App
Daily Win may show analytics, advanced stats, streak insights and progress calculations to you. These calculations are based on your local check-in data and are intended to help you understand your own progress. They are not third-party marketing analytics and are not used for advertising tracking.
6. Notifications
If you allow notifications, Daily Win can schedule local reminders on your device. These reminders are handled by iOS. Daily Win does not currently send reminder information to its own server.
7. Widgets
Daily Win supports iOS widgets. To make widgets work, selected challenge data may be stored in a local App Group container on your device. This allows the widget extension to read the information it needs to show your progress.
8. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Daily Win Pro subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple may process payment, subscription and account information according to Apple's own privacy practices. Daily Win receives subscription entitlement information from Apple to unlock Pro features in the app. Daily Win does not receive your full payment card details.
9. No Advertising and No Tracking
Daily Win currently does not show third-party advertising and does not use third-party tracking for advertising purposes.
10. Data Deletion
You can delete locally stored app data by using the reset/delete options inside the app or by deleting the app from your device. Please note that subscription management and purchase history are handled by Apple and may need to be managed through your Apple ID or App Store settings.
11. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding personal data, including rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction and objection. Because Daily Win currently stores habit data locally on your device and does not maintain user accounts on its own servers, many data controls are available directly on your device.
