Helpful Information
When contacting support, please include a short description of the issue, your device model, iOS version and the Daily Win app version if available. Do not send sensitive health information or unnecessary personal details.
Subscriptions
Daily Win Pro subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel or manage a subscription, open the App Store or your Apple ID subscription settings. For refund requests, please use Apple's official refund process.
Data Deletion
Daily Win stores challenge data locally on your device. You can delete app data using the in-app reset option or by deleting the app from your device.
