These Terms of Use apply to the iOS app Daily Win. By using Daily Win, you agree to these terms.
1. App Purpose
Daily Win is a habit, streak and challenge tracking app. It helps users create personal challenges, record check-ins, view progress, use widgets and stay motivated.
2. No Guarantee of Results
Daily Win is a tool for motivation and self-organization. The app does not guarantee that you will achieve specific goals, health outcomes, fitness results, productivity improvements or lifestyle changes.
3. Health and Wellness Disclaimer
Daily Win does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, nutritional, fitness or other professional advice. You are responsible for choosing suitable goals and challenges. If your challenge relates to health, exercise, nutrition, addiction, mental wellbeing or similar topics, consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
4. User Responsibility
You are responsible for the content of your challenges, your check-ins and your use of the app. Do not use Daily Win in a way that may harm you or others.
5. Daily Win Pro
Daily Win may offer optional paid features through Daily Win Pro. Pro features may include unlimited challenges, advanced stats, streak recovery and premium themes. Subscription details are described in the Subscription Terms.
6. Availability and Changes
Daily Win may be updated, improved, changed or discontinued in whole or in part. Features may change over time, especially as the app continues to develop.
7. Data and Backups
Daily Win currently stores challenge data locally on your device. You are responsible for your device, backups and app data. Deleting the app or resetting app data may remove locally stored information.
8. Intellectual Property
Daily Win, its design, texts, icons, visuals and other app elements are protected by intellectual property rights unless otherwise stated. You may use the app for personal use according to these terms.
9. Apple Terms
Daily Win is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the app may also be subject to Apple's App Store terms, Apple Media Services Terms and Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement where applicable.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory statutory rights or liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.
